Food labels can be much clearer

Leo Lentz and Bregje Holleman, colleagues from the Language and Communication research group, joined forces with experts from University Medical Center Utrecht (UMCU) and the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) to come to a joint proposal for a food label which makes it much easier for people with a food allergy or intolerance to identify the information they need.
